FAQ

How much will it cost to get a machine?

The cost depends on your monthly usage and specific requirements. We work on volume-based pricing, which means we need to understand how much you print each month before giving an accurate quote.

Why can’t you give me a fixed price upfront?

Because every client has different printing needs. For example, if you use more than 4 boxes of paper (10,000 sheets) per month, we recommend an A3 machine, as our smaller machines cannot handle high-volume printing. We tailor each quote to suit your usage.

What information do I need to provide to get a quote?

To give you an accurate quote, we’ll ask a few standard questions:

  • Do you need a black & white or colour machine?
  • Do you need A4 or A3 printing?
  • How many boxes of paper do you use monthly? (1 box = 2,500 sheets)
What contract lengths are available?

We offer 36-month and 60-month contracts, depending on your preference. The 36-month contract offers more flexibility, while the 60-month contract is usually more affordable per month.

 

Is a 36-month contract more expensive than a 60-month one?

Yes, the 36-month contract is slightly more expensive per month due to the shorter term, but it provides greater flexibility if you don’t want to commit for too long.

 

Can you help me get out of my current copier/printer contract?

Yes, in many cases, we can help you exit your current contract. However, it depends on how far along you are in your existing agreement. For example, if you’re in a 36-month contract and have already completed around 22 months, there’s a good chance we can assist you.

What factors determine if I can leave my current contract early?

Several factors play a role, including:

  • How many months are left on your current contract
  • Your current monthly rental amount
  • The terms and conditions of your current provider
    Once we have that information, we’ll assess if we can offer a better solution.
