FAQ
How fast can Atlas Wallpen print?
Typical print speeds range between 2–3 m²/hour, striking an ideal balance between speed and quality.
On what surfaces can it print?
Wallpen prints on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, plaster, tiles, brick, drywall, glass, metal, wood, and plastics.
Can the print be removed later?
Yes, removal depends on the surface:
- Glass: Scrape off with a razor or ceramic scraper
- Painted walls: Paint over in two to three coats
- Wood: Sand down
- Metal/Concrete: Requires blasting (e.g., sand or dry ice)
How does the printing process work?
The printer uses a piezoelectric inkjet system with UV-curable ink. As it prints, a UV lamp instantly cures the ink. It moves side to side on horizontal tracks while the printhead travels vertically along rails, enabling large-format, high-quality output.
